We build it for you.

ASKCECOS is not a self-serve product. CDGAI deploys a custom instance of the platform for your institution — configured around your departments, your WhatsApp number, and your knowledge base. There is no code for your team to write or infrastructure to manage.

How deployment works

We take your institution's FAQs, policies, fee structures, and academic calendars and build a trained knowledge base. We connect the system to your official WhatsApp Business number, configure department routing, and set appropriate confidence thresholds. When it goes live, your students interact with the AI on WhatsApp exactly as they would message your staff — except they get an answer in under two seconds.

What we need from you

An official WhatsApp Business number (we can help you register one if needed).
Your existing FAQs, policy documents, fee schedules, and academic calendar — in any format (Word, PDF, spreadsheet, even a list in email).
One point of contact from your IT team for the onboarding call.
A list of the departments you want the bot to cover and the staff email addresses for smart handoffs.

Timeline

Week 1Onboarding call. We review your documents, agree on departments and smart handoff contacts, and set up your admin panel accounts.

Week 2We build and populate your knowledge base. You review the content and flag anything missing or inaccurate.

Week 3Internal testing on a staging WhatsApp number. You send real student questions; we tune thresholds until you are satisfied.

Week 4Go-live on your official WhatsApp Business number. CDGAI monitors the first 72 hours closely and makes adjustments.
