Center for Digital Governance and Agentic Innovation
CDGAI is a research and engineering center at CECOS University of IT and Emerging Sciences, Hayatabad, Peshawar. We design and deploy AI-driven digital governance systems for Pakistani public and private institutions.
ASKCECOS started as an internal project to answer the thousands of student queries that flow into CECOS each semester. It is now a full product, deployed across admissions, examinations, fee, and hostel desks at the university.

Safety over speed
We would rather hand off than hallucinate. The confidence system is a feature, not a fallback.
Built for context
Pakistani institutions speak Urdu, English, and Roman Urdu. We were designed for that reality, not adapted to it.
Operator first
AI without an admin panel is a liability. Our control room came before our model.
Agentic by design
We see ASKCECOS as the first of many institutional agents — coordinating, handing off, and learning over time.

ASKCECOS development begins — CDGAI starts building the WhatsApp AI assistant and admin platform for CECOS University.
May 2026
ASKCECOS launches publicly with full admin panel, confidence system, ticket workflow, and multi-department deployment at CECOS University.
